As a child I wasn’t considered overweight but I did have a little self-esteem at times. I never felt good about myself until I got older.
Mon wasn’t there in my life most of the time and Dad was there physically but not mentally so most of the time I was all alone and all I did was eat.
As I started to work at different restaurants in my life all I wanted to do is eat and eat and eat to take the pain away.
As I’ve gotten older, I learned that food can kill
Also, it is a “DRUG” that we need
